  Annual Meeting Sponsor Options and Information:

$600 Exhibit Only Includes:
(1) 6’ table plus free electrical access if requested Sponsorship

(same as Bronze Level Sponsorship, but for companies that prohibit sponsorship)

Bronze Level:

Silver Level:
$800 Silver Level Includes (1) 6’ table plus free electrical access if requested.

Gold Level:
$1000 Gold Level Includes (1) 6’ table plus free electrical access if requested

Platinum Level:
$1200 Platinum Level Includes (1) 6’ table plus free electrical access if requested
literature distribution via email to attendees prior to the meeting.

- sponsorship of a break with signage indicating sponsorship (available to three vendors per break)
- your company's logo on College Bowl photo booth photos (available to 1 vendor)
- Sponsorship of a speaker with signage indicating sponsorship

PAYMENT: Payment must be received prior to the meeting, on or before October 19, 2017,  in order to reserve space.  Registration closes October 6, 2017.

CHARACTER: NCANA reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of exhibit booth activity which in its opinion is unsuitable.

CARE OF BUILDING& EQUIPMENT: Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface the walls, floors, carpeting or ceilings of the building or tables provided. Should any damages appear, the exhibitor is liable to the hotel for these damages.

INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS: Exhibitors may set up their own equipment in the spaces provided on Thursday, October 19 at 6:00 PM or Friday, October 20 before 9:00 AM. 

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS: Dismantling of exhibitors’ materials from booths should begin after the afternoon break or by the close of the meeting. The work and cost of removing exhibit materials from the booths will be borne by the exhibitor. Shipping arrangements must be made in advance.  Break down is on Saturday October 21, anytime after 5 PM.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBIT SPACE: Cancellation of any exhibit space after September 15, 2017  will result in a cancellation penalty of 50% to be retained by NCANA for administrative costs. There will be absolutely no refunds after October 2, 2017.

LIABILITY: NCANA and the hotel will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits from theft, fire, damage, or other causes. The exhibitor hereby assumes responsibility for injury or damages to persons or property from any event originating form or occurring within the exhibit space assigned to the exhibitor.
