NCANA Annual Meeting 2025 - Exhibitor/Sponsor Information
Thank you for signing up to sponsor/exhibit at the 2025 NCANA Annual Meeting in Wilmington, NC.
We anticipate there will be over 300 attendees at this event, a mix of SRNAs and CRNAs.

Friday, October 3 – Saturday, October 4, 2025

Booking your hotel stay:
If you have not booked your hotel stay, there are three host hotels, and that information can be found here.
Booth Assignments:
Once the layout for the exhibit hall has been determined booth assignments will be added to the website. Tent cards will be placed on the tables onsite for ease of locating your table.
Set up and Break Down:
Set up starts at 3 pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Breakdown can happen any time after 2:30 pm on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
Onsite Vendor Packet:
Each vendor/exhibitor/sponsor will have an envelope on their table in the exhibit hall. This envelope will contain, badges for reps, lanyards, agenda, wifi information, and visit the vendor raffle tickets.
**Any changes needed to name badges can be done after 9 am on Friday, October 3, 2025.**
Visit the Vendor:
You will have raffle tickets in your onsite vendor packets. Please give out the tickets to attendees when they visit your booth, they will need to turn in these tickets to be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card.
